The 2014 version of North Perth Green Day was another great success! Our "Put Your Root Down" project resulted in approximately 80 trees being planted at the Listowel Memorial Park and along the Maitland river as part of the Memorial Park Rehabilitation Committee's plans to improve and re-design both areas.
Many volunteers came out to help "put their root down" in our community and in doing so received a North Perth Green Day t-shirt and $25 gift certificate to Listowel Greenhouse.
A special thanks to all the volunteers, Listowel Greenhouse, Bridgestone and the Memorial Park Rehabilitation Committee for making the day a "tree-mendous" success!
